Common Network Marketing Objection: “It’s Too Expensive”

“Your product is too expensive,” is a common network marketing objection that can be heard from prospects.

Have you ever experienced this objection?

If you haven’t yet, it’s inevitable that you will at some point.

And if you’re like me, hearing this objection can really make your blood boil.

Especially if someone says this to you, and then turns around and makes a massive purchase on another product.

Like maybe they buy a new TV or go on an extravagant vacation.

Gosh that’s annoying!

But it just goes to show that people will buy and invest in things that they perceive as valuable.

So if you’re hearing this objection, you’re going to want to go back and evaluate how you are introducing your product.

Because there might be something that you’re saying that isn’t creating the value around the product.

When I first heard this objection, I didn’t have a good response to it.

In fact, I was so shocked by it that I didn’t know what to say.

Who would even dare to say that my amazing product was too expensive?

Have you felt that way as well?

Let me reassure you.

Your product IS amazing!

And it is absolutely worth every penny.

Just because someone else doesn’t see it right away, doesn’t mean it isn’t true.

But let’s tweak your verbiage when you do hear this common network marketing objection.

So let me explain what I say when I hear this frustrating objection.

  1. Smart post! On the flip side, vendors may want to check to see how their pricing looks against their main competitors. I’ve often chosen the more expensive vendor when they can show me why they are worth so much more.

    • I definitely agree. I definitely address that in the video as well. The company wanted to make a cheaper version but they knew they would be ripping you off. Sometimes quality means spending more. Great thoughts!
