The YEP To Freedom Challenge gave me quite an insight into a little thing called power lists.
When I heard what this was, I was completely bamboozled that I had NEVER hear of it before!
A power list is a tool that keeps you on track in building your business.
The best things happen in life and in business when you give yourself goals and then smash them out of the park.
A power list is meant to create wins on a daily basis and keep you succeeding along your journey.

I know I can’t be the only one that has never heard of this amazing tracking tool.
I am forever grateful for having attended the YEP To Freedom Challenge and hearing about this.
It’s just so awesome to me that a power list can start doing for any business if used properly.
I mean, who doesn’t want to have more and more wins in their business every day?
Our minds are programmed in such a negative way, and using power lists daily can help to overcome a little bit of that negativity.
So here’s your next steps…
I would love to see you create your own power list for yourself.
This can be in regards to your business or even just your personal life. It doesn’t matter!
The whole point behind a power list is to see the power of consistency in your life.
So go ahead and create a list of 5 things that you are committing to work on.
For me, one of those things that went on my power list was to start meditating at night time.
The first thing I do every morning is meditate.
I jump out of bed, go to the bathroom, and then go to my favorite meditation spot in my house.
One hour of every day is spent pouring energy back into myself.
I can tell you that this practice has made such amazing difference in my life and I will never go a day without doing it!
Because I know the difference that meditation has done for me in the morning, I’ve recently felt the need to start implementing this practice into my night time routine as well.
For some reason, this is a little bit more difficult for me to do at night.
So thanks to the YEP To Freedom Challenge, I have a whole new skillset called power lists that can help me achieve this goal.
From now on, every time I meditate at night I will get a big fat W next to that task on my power list.
It’s pretty sweet!
I can look back at my days, weeks, and months, and quickly see how many WINS I’ve created in my life.
So because I know that this is powerful, I’d love to see how this works in your life and in your business.
So ask yourself right now… What are 5 things that you would love to get better at? What habits would you like to form?
Write them down! Start simple at first.
And then as you get the hang of this thing, start switching out things that you’ve mastered on your power list with some even more difficult tasks.
Before you know it, you will be tackling things in your life that you never even knew were possible!
