So how much spirulina should a vegan or a vegetarian take. Now this answer is the same for everybody, regardless of if you’re a vegan a vegetarian, you love meat, you don’t love meat, whatever, doesn’t matter. Same answer across the board.

If you are interested in taking spirulina, you should take anywhere between one and 3g every single day. I personally take 3g. I call myself a part time vegetarian because I probably eat meat like once a week when I’m with the family and they made meat and or maybe I’m at a restaurant and I want to try something new or different then I’ll eat meat.
