The truth about network marketing as a top earner is not something that is shared on a regular basis.
In fact, most have zero understanding as to what it means to build a solid business within the network marketing industry.
Most talk about the glamor of building a large team.
But few will talk about what goes along with that team.
While there are some team building strategies that will leave you with time and financial freedom, most will make you feel as though you have another J-O-B.
This was something I had not expected when I first started in the industry.
Let me share some of the truth about network marketing here.
When I started in the industry, I quickly soared to the top of my companies compensation plan.
What took some people years to achieve, took me only months.
It was pretty sweet actually.
I was making a great paycheck. I’d earned a car. I even went on company trips.
On the outside, things looked amazing.
I had it all, and people wanted what I had.
The thing that I never told anyone was that I was dying inside slowly.
No one warns you how much time you will spend on your phone when you have a large team.
It got quite painful.
When it became the most evident that I was tied to my phone was when we would go on vacation.
I’ll never forget when my husband and I went to London, England for the first time.
Don’t get me wrong, it was an amazing trip. We had the time of our lives.
But… I was constantly on my phone, helping my team, and building my business.
I can honesty say that I missed a lot of that trip, because of how I was building my business at the time.
You see, I felt as if I stepped away from my team at any point, it would all come crashing down.
I knew that my business was held together by the work that I was doing.
And if I stopped at all, things wouldn’t survive.
It was quite crippling.
It wasn’t until I realized that I could actually start leveraging my business with the internet that things started to turn around.

Sounds like you are a go-getting! I was never into network marketing but I owned an interior decorating business and like you my phone was with me day and night. I finally had to revamp my thinking as I was growing my business but knocking myself out on the inside.
